Kyntara Enters Notebooks With Impressive Debut Win
KYNTARA entered the notebooks when running out an easy eight length winner of the Tattersalls Cheltenham Maiden at Bishops Court point-to-point on Saturday.
Alex Edwards partnered the four-year-old to success in the three mile contest, and raced home unchallenged ahead of five-year-old Great Colewood, with a further eight lengths back to the more experienced Feu Des Malberaux in third.
The son of leading NH sire Kayf Tara was sold by Killeen Glebe through Limekiln Stud at the Tattersalls Ireland Derby Sale, where Highflyer Bloodstock’s David Minton went to €30,000 for the bay. He becomes the first winner out of hurdle winner Speed Bonnie Boat.
