Goffs Arkle Sale Draft

We look forward to kicking off our 2024 store sales season with a quality draft of five at the Goffs Arkle Sale. Our sole offering on the first day of trade is a gelding by sire sensation Blue Bresil. Lot 73 is out of a half-sister to Grade 1 winner Spirit Of Adjisa and hails from the family of Royal Irish Hussar.

Next up is another son of Blue Bresil as Lot 319. The half-brother to Grade 2 chaser Ben Dundee shares his page with dual Grade 1 winner Ned Kelly.

One of the catalogue highlights based on pedigree must be our half-sister to three-time Grade 1 winner Ballyburn (Lot 350). From the exciting first crop of Crystal Ocean, she also counts Grade 2 winning chaser Noble Endeavour amongst her siblings. Update: Her half-sister Churchfield Sunset won a mares’ bumper at Cork on debut for Emmett Mullins.

Lot 358 is another with a smart pedigree, as a half-brother to Listed winner and Grade 1 fourth Cool Survivor. The bay hails from Poets Word’s first NH crop, though his first runners include Grade 3 hurdle runner-up Pacini.\

Our draft concludes with Lot 404, a Cokoriko half-brother to Franco de Port. Update: His half-brother Kashback Wood was beaten just a neck in a Class 2 chase at Auteuil for Gabriel Leenders.
